Hot Yoga Flow:
A dynamic flowing class that focuses on building strength, agility and flexibility.
Some studios are heated so that you are able to sweat more and find a deeper experience of the postures. Some studios are a comfortable heat in which we focus more on building our own heat.
The class is aimed at all levels from beginners to the more advanced practitioner. There is the opportunity to develop your practice at your own pace in a safe and fun environment.
